- Enter Boka.se and search for the service provider you want to book with or search for the service that you are interested in. Enter the booking page of the service provider by clicking BOOK.
- Choose a service and click on BOOK to proceed. If an arrow is pointing down on the right side of the service category you need to click on it to fold out and see the services.
- Then choose a time that is available. When you have chosen an available time you can click on CONTINUE to proceed with the booking.
- If ”Choose resource/executor” is shown you can choose which resource to display available times from.
- If ”Choose additional services” is shown you can add additional services to add to your booking. Price and time for the additional service is shown and can also update the time your booking requires. Therefore it is best to add additional services before you choose one of the available times.
- Enter your personal details manually or retrieve your information by logging into your Boka-account. If you aren't logged in when creating the booking you can also choose to save your information until the next time you book. If you want to change your booking you can click on CHANGE. Some service providers may have mandatory fields for extra information as well as confirmation that you as a customer have read the terms and conditions that apply at the service provider.
- You can enter a promotion or loyalty code given to you by the service provider. Click on ACTIVATE to use the code.
- Click on COMPLETE when you are ready to complete the booking. Upon completion of a booking, a booking confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail shortly. A cancellation code is included in the confirmation and cancellation can be done through boka.se/avboka.

OPTION 1
- Enter Boka.se and search for the service provider you want to book with or search for the group booking that you are interested in. Enter the booking page of the service provider by clicking BOOK.
- Choose a type of group booking and click on SHOW GROUP BOOKINGS to continue. If an arrow is pointing down on the right side of the service category, you need to click on it to fold out and see the different types of group bookings.
- When you have clicked on SHOW GROUP BOOKINGS you will se a list of available group bookings for the type of group booking you have chosen. The first available group booking will be shown first, but it could be on a date further away than the current week. If you want to see group bookings during a longer time interval, you can change the interval under "Time interval". You can at most see bookings for one month at a time. You can also go to the next interval of group bookings by clicking on NEXT if there are group booknings ahead in time.
- Choose the group booking you want to book by clicking on RESERVE. You can also click on "More information" to see all the information about the group booking. When you have chosen a booking, select the number of participants for the registration and then fill in your personal information. In some group bookings you can choose between different registration options. Some service providers may have mandatory fields for extra information as well as confirmation that you as a customer have read the terms and conditions that apply at the service provider.
- Click on REGISTER when you are ready to complete the registration for the booking. Upon completion of the registration, a confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail shortly. A cancellation code is included in the confirmation and cancellation can be done through boka.se/avboka.
- Another option when searching for group bookings is to enter Boka.se and clicking on "Search over 10 000 services. You can then change the search option to "Search among pass and events". After the change you can search for the group booking you are interested in. Choose the group booking you are interested in and click on BOOK. In the group booking, select the number of participants for the registration and then fill in your personal information. In some group bookings you can choose between different registration options. Some service providers may have mandatory fields for extra information, as well as confirmation that you as a customer have read the terms and conditions that apply at the service provider.

You can cancel a booking by using the cancellation code included in your booking confirmation. The booking confirmation is sent via e-mail to the e-mail adress entered in the booking.

You can also choose to create an account with BankID for a quick and secure login.
You don't need separate accounts for your other devics. Accounts on Boka.se are universal. We recommend you to not create separate accounts for mobile and computer, since it can easily become confusing.

To change your password you need to log in with your Boka account via Boka.se.
- Once logged in, click on your name at the top right of the webpage. Select "Account settings" or go directly to Boka.se/konto.
- Go to the "Change password" tab. First enter your old password. Then enter a new password and repeat the new password. Click on the "Save" button. The next time you log in, you will have to use the new password!
If you want to order a new password, you can do it through this at boka.se/glomtlosenord. There you can enter the email address you used when your account was created. An email will be sent to the given email address with an activation link for confirmation before a new password will be created. The activation link will be valid for 30 minutes after being sent. When you have followed the link, a new email will be sent with your new password.If this doesn't work, send an email to support@boka.se. Note that you need to send the mail from the same email address the account has, so we know it's the right person who orders the password.
If the service provider has selected automatic refund will the refund be carried out 24 hours after your booked appointment has ended. The money will be refunded via the same payment method as used for your original payment (Card, Swish etc.). Example: If you book and pay for a hair cut that should have been carried out on Monday at 3 pm will your refund take place on the day after, i.e. on Tuesday at 3 pm. If you paid with Swish will you get your money back within another 1-2 hours and with card within after 3-7 bank days, depending on what bank you have.
Have you paid via invoice do you have to contact Boka as soon as you have cancelled your booking by sending an e-mail to ekonomi@boka.se. This is required for us to cancel your invoice with our invoicing partner Fortus International Finance AB.

What should I do if I do not get my refund?
If you do not have received your refund:
- Double check that you really canceled the service. You can read more about how to cancel here: här.
- Check that your cancelation is in line with the cancelation policy for the service provider. Please get in contact with the service provider if you are in doubt or have any questions about the cancelation policy.
- No surcharges are added if you cancel a service but the original booking fee is not refundable, if applied.
On the service provider company booking page is there a “Contact” button in the upper right corner to be used to contact the service provider. If on mobile, you access the “Contact” button by first clicking on the two dashes in the menu.
It is also possible to click on the letter icon to access the contact form. Most service providers are also providing their contact telephone number or a link to their home page, where further contact details are available.

There are two alternatives if you want to change e-mail addresses for your account.
- Contact us via en e-mail to support@boka.se where you ask us to change your e-mail address. We need to know which e-mail address you want to change to and you have to send the e-mail from the address you want to change from.
- Connect BankID to your Boka-account to change e-mail address yourself. When you have connected your BankID do you need log on with it in the future to access your account.
- To connect BankID to your account do you go to ”Account settings”. Account settings are accessed via the link boka.se/konto or by clicking on your name in the upper right corner and then selecting “Account settings”.
- Under the tab ”Log in” can you also click on ”Connect to BankID” to connect. Next step is to enter your personal number and follow the instructions.
- When the BandID connection is done can you change e-mail addresses on the tab ”Settings” in Account settings. Don´t forget to save.
To book in a calendar system requires in most cases that you are logged in at your Boka-account. If you do not have any Boka-account can you create one via this link boka.se/skapa-konto.

- You get to ”My page” by clicking on your name in the upper right corner of the page and the selecting “My page”. Or you click on this link boka.se/mypage which will take you to “My page” directly. You will on the left hand side of ”My page”, in the blue menu, see the name of the booking system. Are you added to multiple booking systems can you click on ”Select booking system” and then select the booking system you want to book in.
- Select the calendar you want to book in by clicking on the calendar icon to the right of the calendar name. Click on the ”Overview” if you want to see multiple calendars in one view. However, please note that you not are able to book in the month or week views in the overview.
- You access the booking form by clicking on a free time slot in the calendar. Enter then your personal information, add the required booking information and finally click on ”Create booking”.
- Click on boka.se and look up the company you want to book at or the service you are interested in. A click on the BOOK button will then take you to the company booking page.
- You can on the company booking page see the calendars for the company and you access any of them by clicking on “View calendar”.
- You then click on a free time and the booking form is displayed. Enter your personal information, add required booking information and finally click on ”Create booking”.
- Are all time slots dashed is there no time slot available to book.
- If a stop sign is displayed when you try to change a booking you already has created are you not allowed to change the booking. One likely explanation is that you have created the booking with another email address then the one you currently are logged on with.
- If you try to create a booking but you get an error message saying that you not have access, you need to contact the service provider and ask to be added to the booking system
