Privacy policy for Sign in with Google
You can use your Google Account to create an account, sign in or link Google to an existing Boka.se account. Boka Global AB is responsible for processing your account data on Boka.se.
Information we receive from Google
We receive your Google Account's unique identifier, your email address and information about whether Google has verified that address. When creating a new Boka.se account, we may also use your name if Google provides it. We do not save your Google profile picture as part of sign-in.
How we use this information
We use the identifier to recognise your Google Account and sign you in to the correct Boka.se account. During registration, we check that Google has verified your email address. We use the address to find an existing Boka.se account or create a new one. For new accounts, the name provided by Google is used as the account name when available; otherwise, we use the part of your email address before @. Signing in with Google does not give us access to the contents of your Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive or Google contacts.
Data storage
We store your Google Account identifier as a link to your Boka.se account. For new accounts, we also store your email address and the account name that is created. Google's access token is used during sign-in and is not saved in the account database by the sign-in feature. Account data is retained while the account exists and afterwards only as needed for security, legal obligations or legal claims, in accordance with Boka.se's general privacy policy.
Processing by service providers
Google processes your sign-in with Google. IT, hosting and support providers may process account data on Boka.se's behalf under our instructions. Further information about recipients and the processing of account data is available in Boka.se's general privacy policy above.
How sign-in is protected
You authenticate with Google. Boka.se does not receive your Google password. Communication with Google's sign-in services uses HTTPS, which encrypts data in transit.
Revoke access and request deletion
You can remove the connection to Boka.se in your Google Account's third-party connections settings. This does not automatically delete your Boka.se account or data already stored by us. Contact support@boka.se to request deletion of your account or Google link, access to your data or correction of your information.

Introduction
Boka.se protects your privacy and security. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use our service and its integration with the Google API.
Information we collect
Boka.se uses the Google API (./auth/calendar) to retrieve information about calendars and saves a unique identifier for the calendars that the user chooses to link to their account at Boka.se. This identifier is used to enable synchronization of booking information between Boka.se and your Google calendar.
Boka.se creates and deletes events in the calendar for bookings created via Boka.se.
Management of your information
We strive to protect your personal information and follow a carefully designed policy for handling data:
- Right to deletion: If you deactivate the synchronization between Boka.se and your Google calendar, the unique identifier and related information will be removed from our systems.
- Sharing of information: We assure that Boka.se does not share any information about your use of our service or your Google calendar with third parties. Your privacy is our highest priority, and we will never sell, rent or share your personal information with any other party without your express consent.
