Till skillnad från vanlig massage, finns det ingen direkt kontakt mellan Peter Hess® klangpraktikern (Sound Practitioner) och klientens kropp. Inför varje pass får du noggrann information om massagens förlopp/alla steg. Under massagen placeras klangskålarna på och runt, den fullt påklädda, personen. Praktikern knackar på skålarna, i ett specifikt mönster, genom mjuka slag med filtstavar. Vibrationerna sprider sig försiktigt genom hela kroppen. Under passet kommer du att sjunka ner i denna holistiska avslappningsmetod för både kropp och själ.
Varje ljudmassage-session avslutas med en kort reflektion.

Unlike a typical massage, there is no direct contact between the Peter Hess® Sound Practitioner and the clients’ body. At the beginning of each session, you will receive detailed information on the course of the massage. During the massage, the singing bowls are positioned on and around the dressed body and played in a specific pattern, gently tapped with mallets. The vibrations spread throughout the whole body. During the session you will be immersed in this holistic relaxation method for body, mind, and soul.
Every Sound Massage session is concluded with a short reflection.
